Owner-managed limited companies
Single-director and small-team companies that need a clean, compliant year end without a finance department.
Statutory accounts for UK limited companies, including year-end accounts preparation, corporation tax compliance and clear financial reporting.
Every UK limited company must prepare annual accounts and file them with Companies House and HMRC. We handle the whole year-end process so the deadlines look after themselves.
We prepare your statutory accounts under FRS 102 Section 1A or FRS 105 depending on the size of your company, reconcile the figures back to your bookkeeping records, and produce the tax computation that supports your Corporation Tax return. Where the numbers raise a question (an unusual margin, a director's loan balance, a large accrual) we tell you before filing rather than after.
Filing is handled electronically with both Companies House and HMRC, and you get a copy of the final accounts along with a short summary of what the year actually shows. The fee is agreed before we start.
Scope is agreed in writing before we start, and the fee is fixed against it. If something falls outside, we tell you what it costs before doing it.

We handle professional clearance and collect the records from your previous accountant.
Lighter-touch dormant accounts and confirmation statements at a proportionate fee.
Accounts are normally due at Companies House nine months after your accounting reference date, and the Corporation Tax return is due twelve months after the end of the accounting period. Payment of Corporation Tax is due earlier: nine months and one day after the period end.
Bank statements for the full period, sales and purchase invoices, payroll records, loan or finance agreements, and access to your bookkeeping software if you use one. We send a checklist so nothing is missed.
Companies House charges an automatic late filing penalty starting at £150 and rising the longer it runs, and persistent late filing can affect your credit rating. If you're close to a deadline, tell us immediately so we can prioritise the filing.
Yes. Dormant accounts are a simpler filing, and we charge a proportionately lower fixed fee for companies that have had no significant accounting transactions during the year.
Tell us your accounting reference date and whether your company is trading or dormant, and we'll come back with a fixed fee and a clear filing timeline.
